SIGNATURE EVENT BAR MENU

Private Buyout clients may select one of our curated Signature Event Menus or create their own by choosing four Signature Cocktails, one White/Rosé/Sparkling Wine, and one Red Wine.

All Signature Menu selections are $15 each. Every beverage served is individually rung through the BASH point-of-sale system and counts toward your contracted Beverage Minimum.

Signature Menu selections are available throughout your Private Buyout, subject to availability.

Guests may also order from the full BASH bar. Beer, non-alcoholic beverages, premium spirits, Champagne, specialty pours, shots, doubles, and other beverages not included on the selected Signature Menu are charged at regular BASH menu pricing and also count toward the Beverage Minimum.

The Signature Event Bar is not an open bar, unlimited-drink package, prepaid beverage package or per-person beverage package. The $15 Signature price is the price per beverage ordered.

HOW THE BEVERAGE MINIMUM WORKS

Your Beverage Minimum is separate from the Private Buyout Fee and is not collected in advance.

The Beverage Minimum is the minimum dollar amount you agree to spend on beverages during your event. It is not an open bar or unlimited beverage package.

Every beverage ordered is individually charged at the applicable menu price and counts toward the Beverage Minimum.

If beverage purchases meet or exceed the contracted Beverage Minimum, you pay the actual beverage total.

If beverage purchases fall below the contracted Beverage Minimum, your final beverage charge will be the full Beverage Minimum.

There is no maximum beverage spend created by the Beverage Minimum. If beverage purchases exceed the minimum, you are responsible for the full amount of beverages purchased.

Any unused portion of the Beverage Minimum is non-refundable and has no cash or credit value.

A 20% service charge and applicable sales tax are additional. BASH does not add a separate liquor-tax charge; BASH is responsible for the applicable Texas mixed beverage gross receipts tax associated with alcoholic beverage sales.
