SIGNATURE EVENT BAR MENU

Private Buyout clients may select one of our curated Signature Event Menus or create their own by choosing four Signature Cocktails, one White/Rosé/Sparkling Wine, and one Red Wine.

All Signature Menu purchases count toward your contracted Beverage Minimum and are available throughout your Private Buyout.

Guests may also order from the full BASH bar. Beer, non-alcoholic beverages, premium spirits, Champagne, specialty pours, shots, doubles, and other beverages not included on the selected Signature Menu are charged at regular BASH menu pricing and also count toward the Beverage Minimum.

Prefer to mix things up? Private Buyout clients may create their own Signature Event Menu by selecting four Signature Cocktails, one White/Rosé/Sparkling Wine, and one Red Wine from our Signature Event Bar collection.

All selections are from our Signature Event Bar collection and are $15 each.

Signature Menu selections are subject to availability. Comparable substitutions may be made when necessary.

HOW THE BEVERAGE MINIMUM WORKS

Your Beverage Minimum is separate from the Private Buyout Fee and is not collected in advance.

All beverages purchased during your event count toward the minimum. If beverage purchases meet or exceed the minimum, you pay the actual beverage total. If purchases fall below the minimum, the difference is added to your final bill. Any unused portion has no cash or credit value.

A 20% service charge and applicable sales tax are additional. BASH does not add a separate liquor-tax charge; BASH is responsible for the applicable Texas mixed beverage gross receipts tax associated with alcoholic beverage sales.
