PRIVATE DAYTIME & SMALL EVENT RENTALS
Looking for a private space without a full evening buyout? BASH offers flexible private rentals for meetings, mahjong, showers, birthdays, small gatherings, and daytime celebrations.
During your rental, BASH is reserved exclusively for your group, giving you the privacy of your own venue for a shorter period of time.
All private rentals have a two-hour minimum and are subject to availability.
SMALL WEEKDAY RENTAL
Tuesday–Thursday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | Up to 18 Guests
$300 for 2 Hours | $125 Each Additional Hour
Automatic Mahjong Tables may be added, complimentary (3)
For groups of 19–25 guests, an additional $100 guest fee applies.
WEEKDAY RENTAL
Tuesday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | Up to 30 Guests
$375 for 2 Hours | $150 Each Additional Hour
Automatic Mahjong Tables may be added, complimentary (3)
For groups of 31–45 guests, an additional $200 guest fee applies.
SATURDAY DAYTIME RENTAL

$550 for 1 Hour | $250 Each Additional Hour

SUNDAY DAYTIME RENTAL

$550 for 1 Hour | $200 Each Additional Hour
For groups of 41–60 guests, an additional $200 guest fee applies.
TUESDAY EVENING / SUNDAY MAHJONG RENTAL
Tuesday | 7:00–9:00 PM
Sunday | 11:00 AM–5:00 PM
Up to 12 Players
$350 for 1 Hour | $125 Each Additional Hour
Includes up to three automatic Mahjong tables, chairs, table setup, and staff assistance with table-related items.
Additional guests attending but not playing are $20 per person, with a maximum of six additional guests.
Traditional card tables are available for $25 per table and include one table, four chairs, and a tablecloth. Mahjong mats and tiles are not included.
Wine and Champagne may be purchased through BASH without additional bar staffing.
Cocktail and specialty beverage service may be arranged in advance. A dedicated bartender and/or beverage minimum may be required depending on the beverage service and guest count.
Mahjong instruction may be coordinated upon request with our preferred instructors, That’s Amahjzing. Instructor fees are separate and based on availability.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Food may be arranged through BASH or independently by the client.
When BASH arranges your catering, there is no Outside Food Service Fee.
When a client independently arranges or brings in food or catering, a $100 Outside Food Service Fee applies. This fee covers reasonable assistance with food arrival and placement, cleanup, and additional trash removal.
The $100 Outside Food Service Fee is waived when BASH Event Support is added.
BYOB is not permitted. All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages must be purchased through BASH and are charged at regular menu pricing.
WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH YOUR RENTAL
A BASH manager will be onsite for every private rental to oversee the venue and BASH staff.
Standard venue support includes:
Management of BASH staff
Trash removal and general cleanup
Plate and glass pickup
Basic lighting adjustments
Music adjustments using BASH's existing Spotify playlist and speaker system
General oversight of the BASH space
Standard venue support does not include event planning, extensive decorating, food setup or service, management of outside vendors, management of an event timeline, or hands-on event coordination.
BASH EVENT SUPPORT — $400

A dedicated BASH manager will provide hands-on day-of assistance with:
Event flow and timeline
Basic décor placement and setup
Food setup and replenishment
Vendor arrivals and setup
Music and lighting adjustments
Guest flow
Food-area maintenance
Vendor breakdown
Event cleanup
BASH Event Support does not include event design, extensive decorating, offsite errands, vendor sourcing or contracting, or full-service food and beverage service.
ADDITIONAL STAFFING
Additional bartenders, circulating food and beverage service, or other dedicated event staffing may be arranged in advance based on the needs of your event.
Additional staffing fees may apply.
BASH reserves the right to require additional staffing based on guest count, beverage service, event format, or other event needs.
SETUP & EVENT TIME
Thirty minutes of complimentary setup time is included prior to your rental.
This time is intended for client or vendor setup and is not additional event time. If guests begin arriving during the setup period, the contracted rental period will begin at that time.
Additional setup time may be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.
All guests must exit BASH by the contracted end of the rental period. Approved vendors may remain for up to 30 minutes following the event for breakdown and removal of event materials.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the contracted rental fee is required to reserve your date and time.
The remaining rental balance and any additional event charges will be charged to the card on file in accordance with your event agreement.
Your rental is not confirmed until the required deposit has been successfully processed.
SERVICE CHARGE & TAX
A 20% service charge applies to venue rental fees, food and beverage purchases, and applicable event add-ons.
Applicable sales tax is additional.
The portion of the service charge attributable to beverage purchases is distributed to the BASH bar team as gratuity. The remaining portion is retained by BASH to support staffing, administration, and venue operations.
BASH does not add a separate liquor-tax charge. BASH is responsible for the applicable Texas mixed beverage gross receipts tax associated with alcoholic beverage sales.
HOLIDAY & HIGH-DEMAND DATES
Holiday and high-demand dates may be subject to premium pricing and/or minimum rental requirements.
This includes Thanksgiving week, December holiday dates, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, and other peak-demand dates or dates requiring additional staffing or special scheduling.
Applicable pricing will always be provided before booking.

Private Daytime & Small Event Rentals provide exclusive use of BASH during your contracted rental period.
These rentals are designed for shorter, smaller gatherings and daytime events.
