BAR RESERVATIONS
Celebrating with a group? BASH offers reserved seating in our back room during regular public bar hours, giving your group a designated place to gather while still enjoying the energy of the bar.
Public Group Reservations include two hours of reserved seating and are subject to availability.
Up to 12 guests: Half Back Room
13–30 guests: Full Back Room
During your reservation, the designated seating area is reserved exclusively for your group. BASH remains open to the public, and the front bar and other public areas remain available to all guests.

$150 Reservation Fee + $350 Beverage Minimum
13–24 GUESTS | FULL BACK ROOM
$200 Reservation Fee + $500 Beverage Minimum
25–30 GUESTS | FULL BACK ROOM
$300 Reservation Fee + $750 Beverage Minimum
Groups larger than 30 guests must select one of our Private Buyout Experiences.
WHY BOTH?
Your Reservation Fee secures your designated seating area for the full two-hour reservation period and allows BASH to plan and staff appropriately for your group.
Your Beverage Minimum is not an additional fee. It is the minimum amount your group agrees to spend on beverages during the reservation.
Beverages purchased by your group at applicable menu prices are applied toward the minimum. If your group exceeds the minimum, you simply pay for the beverages purchased. If beverage purchases are below the minimum, only the difference needed to reach the contracted minimum is added to the final bill.
Any unused portion of the Beverage Minimum is non-refundable and has no cash or credit value.
YOUR RESERVED SEATING PERIOD
Reserved seating is held for two hours beginning at your scheduled reservation time. Late arrival does not extend the reservation period.
Your guests are welcome to move throughout BASH and enjoy the public bar. However, the reserved seating is intended to serve as your group's primary gathering area.
If your group leaves the reserved area and chooses to gather primarily in the public bar, the reserved seating will be considered released and may be made available to other BASH guests. Once released, the seating cannot be reclaimed, and the contracted Reservation Fee and Beverage Minimum remain in effect.
At the conclusion of your two-hour reservation, reserved signs will be removed and the seating will return to general public use. Your group is welcome to remain at BASH and enjoy the public bar.
WANT TO STAY A LITTLE LONGER?
Additional reserved seating time may be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.
Each additional hour includes a $150 Extended Reservation Fee, plus an additional Beverage Minimum based on group size:
Up to 12 guests: +$150 Beverage Minimum/hour
13–24 guests: +$250 Beverage Minimum/hour
25–30 guests: +$350 Beverage Minimum/hour
The Extended Reservation Fee does not apply toward the Beverage Minimum.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
The Reservation Fee is non-refundable and is collected in full at booking, along with applicable service charge and sales tax. A valid credit card must remain on file for the reservation.
The Beverage Minimum is not prepaid. Beverages purchased during your reservation are applied toward the contracted minimum.
If beverage purchases do not reach the minimum, the difference will be charged to the card on file at the conclusion of the reservation.
In the event of a no-show, the full contracted Beverage Minimum will be charged to the card on file, in addition to the non-refundable Reservation Fee and applicable service charge and sales tax.
Your reservation is not confirmed until the Reservation Fee has been successfully processed and a valid credit card is on file.
BEVERAGE MINIMUM & TABS
One group tab secured by one credit card will be opened upon arrival.
Individual guest tabs may count toward the contracted Beverage Minimum when arranged with BASH in advance and when BASH is able to track those purchases to your group.
Your applicable Reservation Fee and Beverage Minimum are based on your actual guest count or contracted guest count, whichever is greater.
FOOD & DESSERTS
Outside food is not permitted for Public Group Reservations. Desserts may be brought in with advance approval.
Light bites, charcuterie and other food selections may be arranged through BASH in advance.
Celebrating something special? BASH can also coordinate cakes, cupcakes, Bundt cakes, petit fours and other desserts. Plates and napkins are provided.
Sorry, no sparklers are permitted.
SERVICE CHARGE & TAX
A 20% service charge applies to all charges associated with your reservation, including Reservation Fees, beverages, food, desserts, extended reservation time, and additional services or add-ons.
Applicable sales tax is additional.
The portion of the service charge attributable to beverages is distributed to the BASH bar team as gratuity. The remaining portion is retained by BASH to support staffing, administration and venue operations.
BASH does not add a separate liquor-tax charge. BASH is responsible for the applicable Texas mixed beverage gross receipts tax associated with alcoholic beverage sales.
HOLIDAY & HIGH-DEMAND DATES
Holiday and high-demand dates may be subject to premium reservation pricing and/or increased Beverage Minimums.
This includes Thanksgiving week, December holiday dates, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day and other peak-demand dates.
Applicable pricing will always be provided before booking.
PLEASE NOTE
Public Group Reservations provide reserved seating during regular BASH operating hours and are not private events.
They do not include a dedicated bartender, private-event staffing, control of music, extensive décor installation, or other private-event services.
BASH remains open to the public throughout your reservation.
