BOOKING & PAYMENT

A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the venue buyout minimum is required to reserve your event date.

Following your event, the remaining balance will be calculated based on your actual event charges and automatically charged to the credit card on file.

Your final invoice may include:

• Remaining venue buyout balance

• BASH catering

• Beverage purchases

• Additional vendors, staffing or bartenders requested by the client

• Applicable service fees

• Gratuity

• Sales tax, as required by law

All beverages are billed based on actual consumption at current menu pricing.

Thursday & Friday Private Buyout Experience
4-Hour Exclusive Event | Up to 60 Guests | $4,000 Minimum

Available between 5:00 PM–12:00 AM.

Enjoy exclusive access to BASH for a private four-hour event experience, complete with one dedicated bartender throughout your reservation.

Optional, includes decor/design meeting to discuss theme of event. Decor add ons and installation will be quoted.

Saturday Private Buyout Experience
6-Hour Exclusive Event | Up to 80 Guests | $6,000 Minimum

Available between 6:00 PM–1:00 AM.

Enjoy exclusive access to BASH for a private six-hour event experience, complete with two dedicated bartenders throughout your reservation.

Optional, includes decor/design meeting to discuss theme of event. Decor add ons and installation will be quoted.

For guest counts exceeding 80 attendees, Party Baby must be reserved as an adjoining event space. Combined maximum capacity: 145. Each venue includes one private restroom.

Party Baby Add-On Options:

• $1,500 — Staging & Support Suite
  Ideal for catering setup, vendor staging, storage of personal items, or behind-the-scenes event operations during your event.

• $2,500 — Extended Guest Experience
  Full use of Party Baby as an additional entertainment and guest gathering space. Includes an additional bartender.

This reservation secures private use of the venue for the duration of your event.

  Your discount is automatically applied to your catering invoice.

  Please Note:

  • Outside catering does not apply toward your event's minimum spend requirement.

  • Outside catering will not receive discounted catering savings

  • All beverages are charged at regular menu prices until your contracted minimum spend has been satisfied.

Additional Buyout Information & Fees

Planning & Vendor Coordination
One onsite planning meeting is included with your reservation. Additional onsite meetings or vendor walkthroughs will be billed at $25 per 15 minutes and added to your final invoice.

Clients are responsible for coordinating and supervising all outside vendors during setup unless Hostess Support has been added to the event.

Vendor access is permitted:

• Up to 2 hours prior to event start time for Thursday & Friday events

• Up to 3 hours prior to event start time for Saturday events

• All vendors, rentals, décor, and personal items must be fully cleared from the property within 30 minutes after your event has concluded

Additional setup time beyond the allotted access window is available at $200 per additional hour, subject to availability. A BASH team member will be onsite at the beginning of your event for general venue assistance.

A cleaning fee of $200 may be assessed for excessive cleanup needs. If applicable, you will be notified at the conclusion of your event prior to the charge being processed.

Last call will take place 20 minutes prior to the conclusion of your event, with no exceptions.

BASH includes one private restroom, Party Baby includes one private restroom.

Extended Event Time: Additional event time is subject to availability and billed at $600 per hour. This fee applies to BASH only and does not include overtime charges from DJs, entertainers, caterers, photographers, or other vendors. Vendor extension fees, if applicable, are the client's responsibility. We recommend booking your full desired event time in advance.

Event Planning & Venue Coordination

BASH welcomes professional event planners and coordinators and is happy to collaborate to ensure a seamless event.

One complimentary onsite planning meeting is included with your event. Additional onsite meetings—including venue walkthroughs, measurements, vendor site visits, or planning appointments—will be billed at $25 per 15-minute increment.

To ensure an efficient planning process, we ask that event planners and vendors consolidate questions whenever possible. Extensive email correspondence or negotiations regarding BASH pricing, policies, or services may be subject to additional planning fees at BASH's discretion.

An onsite BASH Event Manager will meet you at the beginning of your event to make sure you are set up with lighting, music and bar needs. Should you require dedicated assistance with guest arrival, timeline management, vendor coordination, décor oversight, or other host-related responsibilities throughout your event, Hostess Support is available for $175 per hour. Furniture removal requests must be made within 30 days of booking.

Furniture removal pricing is as follows:

• Sofa — $75 each
  (2 front bar | 4 back room)

• Side Chair — $50 each
  (3 front bar | 7 back room)

• Bar Stool — $25 each
  (12 total in front bar)

• High Top Table — $25 each
  (4 total in front bar)

• Side/Coffee Table — $45 each
  (2 front bar | 6 back room)

• Mobile Secondary Bar — $400
  (front bar)

• Buffet — $150
  (back room)

• Plants, Lamps & Countertop Décor — $25 each

Storage Fee
A flat overnight storage fee of $250 applies to all events.

BAR SERVICE & GRATUITY

• Bartenders are exclusively provided by the BASH hospitality team.

• As a note, a portion (20%) of your 20% service fee is distributed directly to our bar staff for all alcohol and bar service.

• Gratuity is calculated on pre-tax alcohol sales only.

• A 20% service fee will be applied to the full balance of the final invoice.

• Applicable sales tax will be added to food and beverage charges in accordance with Texas state law.
