PRIVATE BUYOUTS

A Private Buyout gives you exclusive use of BASH for your celebration. During your event, BASH is closed to the public and dedicated exclusively to you and your guests.

Rather than bundling everything into a large food-and-beverage minimum, BASH keeps the Private Buyout Fee and Beverage Minimum separate. This gives you greater flexibility to choose your food, entertainment, décor, and event enhancements based on your preferences and budget.

SIGNATURE EVENT BAR

Private Buyouts have access to our Signature Event Bar, featuring a curated selection of cocktails and wines for $15 each. Choose one of our favorite combinations or create your own menu with four selections from our Signature Cocktails, one Spritz, one White/Rosé/Sparkling Wine, and one Red Wine.

All beverages are charged at the applicable menu price and applied toward your Beverage Minimum. Signature Event Bar selections are charged at the Signature Event Bar price; all other beverages are charged at regular menu prices.

PRIVATE BUYOUT PRICING

TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY MINI PRIVATE BUYOUT

3 Consecutive Hours | 6:00 PM–9:00 PM | Up to 25 Guests | $1,000 Private Buyout Fee + $500 Beverage Minimum

Enjoy exclusive access to BASH for three hours, complete with one dedicated bartender.

Additional guests are $75 per person, up to a maximum of 30 guests.

WEDNESDAY–FRIDAY PRIVATE BUYOUT

4 Consecutive-Hour Private Buyout | Up to 80 Guests | $2,000 Private Buyout Fee | $1,000 Beverage Minimum

6 Consecutive-Hour Private Buyout | Up to 80 Guests | $2,500 Private Buyout Fee | $1,500 Beverage Minimum

Up to 3 dedicated BASH bartenders are included based on guest count and event needs.

SATURDAY PRIVATE BUYOUT

6 Consecutive-Hour Private Buyout | Up to 80 Guests | $2,500 Private Buyout Fee | $2,500 Beverage Minimum

Saturday Private Buyouts are offered for six consecutive hours only.

Up to 3 dedicated BASH bartenders are included based on guest count and event needs.

Additional staffing may be required based on final guest count, event format, or service needs. Any required additional staffing and associated fees will be communicated in advance.

EVENTS WITH MORE THAN 80 GUESTS

For events exceeding 80 guests, the Party Baby Extended Guest Experience must be added as adjoining event space. BASH and Party Baby together can accommodate a maximum of 145 guests.

PARTY BABY — STAGING & SUPPORT SUITE

$1,500 | Ideal for catering setup, vendor staging, storage of personal items, or behind-the-scenes event operations. The Staging & Support Suite does not include Party Baby as guest or entertainment space.

PARTY BABY — EXTENDED GUEST EXPERIENCE

$2,500 | For events exceeding 80 guests, the Extended Guest Experience is required and includes full use of Party Baby as additional guest and entertainment space. Combined maximum capacity is 145 guests.

Party Baby is available for the same consecutive event hours as your BASH Private Buyout.

• Full use of Party Baby for guests

• Additional event and entertainment space

• One additional dedicated bartender

• Combined capacity of up to 145 guests

For a Saturday Private Buyout with Party Baby added, the combined Beverage Minimum increases to $3,000. Beverages purchased in either venue count toward the combined minimum.

The Party Baby fee, beverage purchases or applicable Beverage Minimum shortfall, and other event charges are subject to the applicable 20% service charge and sales tax.

HOW THE BEVERAGE MINIMUM WORKS

BEVERAGE MINIMUM

The Beverage Minimum is separate from the Private Buyout Fee and is not prepaid. It is the minimum amount you will be charged for beverages during your event, regardless of actual consumption.

All beverages purchased during the event are charged at the applicable menu price and applied toward the Beverage Minimum.

If beverage purchases are less than the contracted Beverage Minimum, the final beverage charge will be the full Beverage Minimum. If purchases exceed the Beverage Minimum, the final beverage charge will be the actual amount purchased.

Any unused portion of the Beverage Minimum is non-refundable and has no cash or credit value.

BASH does not add a separate liquor-tax charge to your bar tab. BASH is responsible for the applicable Texas mixed beverage gross receipts tax associated with alcoholic beverage sales.

Applicable sales tax and the 20% service charge are additional.

WHAT DOES A PRIVATE BUYOUT ACTUALLY COST?

Here's an example of a Saturday celebration with 60 guests selecting a BASH Signature Event Bar Menu, with each guest enjoying approximately three Signature drinks:

60 Guests × 3 Signature Drinks × $15 = $2,700

Saturday 6-Consecutive-Hour Private Buyout Fee: $2,500

Estimated Beverage Spend: $2,700

Estimated Subtotal: $5,200

20% Service Charge: $1,040

Applicable Sales Tax: Additional

Approximately $104 per guest before applicable sales tax, including exclusive use of BASH for six consecutive hours and approximately three Signature drinks per guest.

Food, entertainment, décor, and optional event enhancements are additional, allowing you to customize those elements based on your preferences and budget.

WHY IS THERE A PRIVATE BUYOUT FEE?

A Private Buyout is different from simply opening a large bar tab.

When you reserve BASH privately, we commit the entire venue to your event and close our doors to regular guests. We also prepare the venue and bar specifically for your celebration.

Your Private Buyout Fee helps cover:

• Exclusive use of the entire BASH venue

• Closing BASH to regular customers during your event

• Standard pre-event venue communication and coordination

• Vendor access within the included setup window

• Event-specific alcohol purchasing and inventory preparation

• Bar setup and stocking for your guest count

• Staffing preparation and scheduling

• Pre-event venue preparation and cleaning

• Post-event breakdown, cleaning, and reset

• Credit-card processing expenses associated with event purchases

• Operational costs associated with hosting a private event

The bar tab pays for the beverages your guests consume. The Private Buyout Fee pays for the exclusive venue and the operations required to host your private event.

Keeping these costs separate gives our clients greater flexibility than requiring a significantly higher combined food-and-beverage minimum.

FOOD & CATERING

You're welcome to bring in food or catering of your choice, or let BASH curate a menu for your event.

CURATED CATERING BY BASH

Prefer to have us handle the food? BASH can create a customized menu based on your event style, guest count, and budget, then source and coordinate the catering for you.

When catering is arranged through BASH, there is no Outside Food Service Fee.

BRINGING YOUR OWN FOOD OR CATERER

You're also welcome to select and arrange your own food or caterer.

A $200 Outside Food Service Fee applies and includes reasonable assistance with food arrival and placement, post-event cleanup, and additional trash removal.

The $200 Outside Food Service Fee is waived when BASH Event Support is added.

Food and catering purchases do not apply toward the Beverage Minimum or reduce the Private Buyout Fee.

BYOB is not permitted. All beverages must be purchased through BASH.

EVENT PLANNING & SUPPORT

You can keep things simple, bring your own professional event planner, or have BASH provide additional day-of assistance.

STANDARD BASH VENUE SUPPORT — INCLUDED

A BASH manager will be onsite to oversee BASH venue operations and staff.

Standard venue support includes:

• Management of BASH staff

• Bar and venue oversight

• Trash removal and general cleanup

• Plate and glass pickup

• Basic lighting adjustments

• Music adjustments using our existing Spotify playlist and speaker system

• General oversight of the BASH space

Standard venue support does not include event planning, decorating, food setup or service, managing an event timeline, managing outside vendors, or hands-on event coordination.

BASH EVENT SUPPORT — $400 FLAT FEE

A BASH manager will be onsite throughout your event to oversee the venue and BASH staff and assist with general venue needs, bar service, music and lighting adjustments, trash removal, cleanup, and basic event-related questions. This standard venue support is included with your Private Buyout.

For clients who would like additional hands-on event assistance, BASH Event Support may be added for a $400 flat fee.

BASH Event Support includes assistance with event flow and timeline, basic décor placement, food setup and replenishment, vendor arrivals and setup, guest flow, food-area maintenance, and vendor breakdown.

BASH Event Support does not include event design, extensive decorating, offsite errands, vendor sourcing or contracting, or full-service food and beverage service.

Additional service staff may be required based on guest count, event format, or service needs.

BRINGING YOUR OWN EVENT PLANNER

Professional event planners and coordinators are always welcome.

One complimentary one-hour onsite planning visit is included.

For events requiring additional planner access or coordination, Extended Planner Access is available for $300 and includes:

• Reasonable pre-event email correspondence

• Coordination with BASH regarding venue access and logistics

• Setup requirements

• Vendor access and logistics

• Lighting and music considerations

• Other venue-related planning details

Additional onsite planning visits beyond the one complimentary visit are limited to one hour and are $50 per visit.

Your outside planner remains responsible for event planning and design, décor, vendor management, timeline management, setup oversight, and overall event execution. BASH remains responsible for the venue, bar operations, and BASH staff.

NEED HELP FINDING A VENDOR?

VENDOR SOURCING & COORDINATION — $175 PER VENDOR

Need a DJ, musician, photographer, entertainer, florist, caterer, or another event professional?

BASH can research, source, and coordinate vendors on your behalf for a $175 Vendor Sourcing & Coordination Fee per vendor.

This fee covers BASH's time to research options, check availability and pricing, communicate with the selected vendor, and coordinate event logistics.

The $175 is BASH's sourcing and coordination fee only. It is NOT the cost of the vendor.

The vendor's actual charges are separate and vary according to the professional and services selected.

You are always welcome to find and hire your own vendors. There is no BASH Vendor Sourcing & Coordination Fee for vendors you hire independently.

When hiring vendors independently, you or your event planner are responsible for pre-event communication, contracting, payment, and coordination.

If BASH Event Support has been added, our manager can assist independently hired vendors with day-of arrival, setup, and breakdown.

VENDOR ACCESS & SETUP

Complimentary vendor access is included prior to your contracted event start time:

• Mini Private Buyout: Up to 1 hour prior

• 4-Hour Private Buyout: Up to 2 hours prior

• 6-Hour Private Buyout: Up to 3 hours prior

This time is intended for vendor arrival, décor installation, catering setup, and other event preparation. It is not additional event time, and guests may not arrive during the setup period.

Additional setup time may be arranged for $200 per hour, subject to availability.

All guests must exit BASH by the contracted event end time. Vendors have up to 30 minutes following the event to remove approved décor, rentals, and event materials.

ADDITIONAL EVENT TIME

Day of additional event time may be added, subject to availability and venue operating hours, for $600 per hour.

This fee applies to BASH only and does not include overtime charged by DJs, entertainers, caterers, photographers, planners, or other vendors.

Vendor overtime charges are the client's responsibility.

We recommend booking your full desired event time in advance.

FURNITURE & VENUE CHANGES

Furniture removal requests must be finalized no later than 30 days before the event, or at the time of booking for events reserved within 30 days.

Sofa Removal— $75 each

High Top Table Removal— $25 each

Plants, Lamps & Countertop Décor Removal — $25 each

A flat $250 overnight storage fee applies when removal of more than 50% of BASH furniture requires overnight storage.

CLEANING & DAMAGE

Normal post-event cleaning is included.

An excessive cleaning fee beginning at $200 may be assessed when an event requires cleaning beyond normal event use.

The client is responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing BASH or Party Baby property damaged by the client, guests, vendors, or event professionals.

BAR SERVICE

All bartenders are provided exclusively by the BASH hospitality team.

BYOB is not permitted. All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages must be purchased through BASH.

Last call takes place 20 minutes before the contracted conclusion of your event.

Additional bartenders or service staff may be added for $75 per hour per staff member when requested by the client or required by BASH based on guest count, event format, or service needs.

SERVICE CHARGE & TAX

A 20% service charge applies to all charges associated with your event, including the Private Buyout Fee, beverages, food and catering, additional event time, Event Support, staffing, furniture changes, vendor sourcing and coordination, and other event services or add-ons.

Applicable sales tax is additional.

The portion of the service charge attributable to beverages is distributed to the BASH bar team as gratuity. The remaining portion is retained by BASH to support staffing, administration, and venue operations.

BASH does not add a separate liquor-tax charge. BASH is responsible for the applicable Texas mixed beverage gross receipts tax associated with alcoholic beverage sales.

HOLIDAY & HIGH-DEMAND DATES

Holiday and high-demand dates may be subject to premium pricing and additional minimum requirements.

This includes Thanksgiving week, December holiday dates, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, and other dates when additional staffing or special scheduling may be required.

Holiday pricing is based on the specific date, event hours, guest count, staffing requirements, and event details.

Please inquire for availability and a custom quote.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the contracted Private Buyout Fee is required to reserve your event date. The deposit is applied toward the Private Buyout Fee only and does not apply toward the Beverage Minimum.

Your event date is not reserved until the required deposit has been successfully processed.

The Beverage Minimum is not collected in advance. During your event, all beverages are rung at the applicable menu price and applied toward the Beverage Minimum.

At the conclusion of the event:

• If beverage purchases meet or exceed the Beverage Minimum, the client pays the actual beverage total.

• If beverage purchases are below the Beverage Minimum, the difference is added to the final bill.

The remaining Private Buyout Fee and all event charges, including beverages, food, additional services, the 20% service charge, and applicable sales tax, are charged to the credit card on file.

A valid credit card must remain on file. By booking, the client authorizes BASH to process the final event balance and applicable contracted charges to the card on file.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Cancellation: All deposits are non-refundable.

If an event is cancelled 31 days or more before the scheduled event date, the deposit is forfeited.

Cancellations made 30 days or fewer before the event are responsible for the the full contracted Private Buyout Fee, contracted Beverage Minimum, applicable 20% service charge, and any approved custom décor, rentals, catering, vendor services, or other non-refundable expenses incurred by BASH on the client's behalf.

Any amounts previously paid will be credited toward the balance due.

Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 31 days before the event and are subject to availability.

One reschedule is permitted, and the new event must take place within six months of the original date. The deposit may be transferred one time.

Requests made 30 days or fewer before the event are treated as a cancellation unless otherwise approved by BASH.

If the new date carries a higher Private Buyout Fee, Beverage Minimum, or holiday/peak-date rate, the client is responsible for the pricing applicable to the new date.

BASH reserves the right to make exceptions at its sole discretion.
