VENUE RENTAL
PLEASE LET US KNOW AT THE TIME OF BOOKING IF YOU WOULD LIKE INDEPENDENT RENTAL OR HOSTESS SUPPORT RENTAL.
Independent: We will open the space for you and show you where everything is. We will check on you 1-2 times during your event. No extra charge.
Hostess Support: We will assign one staff member to assist you throughout your event, emptying trash, picking up plates, adjusting music, coordinating flow of your event, etc. Our staff is not trained to offer food or beverage service to your guests; please ask for a quote if you need this added. Additional charge, $175/hr.
Flat Fee: there is a flat fee to source and manage client requests for catering and entertainment vendors. This includes overseeing all details and meeting them for set up and clean up on your behalf. $175/vendor
Mahjong Table Add On: adding the automatic tables to your venue rental is priced at $175/table. This will include a staff member to assist with set up and troubleshooting any table related issues. If you need mahjong instruction, please inquire at the time of booking so we can coordinate a price and date with our preferred instructors, That’s Amahjzing. Card tables may be added for a $25 fee/table. This includes table, 4 chairs and table cloth. It does not include mats/tiles.
Mahjong Table Removal: If you would like the mahjong tables removed for your event, it is a flat fee of $200
We offer different levels of rental options. Please call us if you wish to discuss your budget and needs. Pricing is as follows:
30 person max: Weekdays are Tue/Wed/Thurs 9am-4:30pm ($450 first hr, $250 ea additional). Overage guest count 31-45, please add an additional $400
40 person max: Weeknights are Tue/Wed/Thurs 5pm-10pm ($550 first hr, $275 ea additional). Overage guest count 41-65, please add an additional $500
40 person max: Weekend Days are Friday/Saturday/Sunday 10am-5pm ($750 first hr, $375 ea additional). Overage guest count 41-65, please add an additional $500
45 person max: Weekend Nights are Friday/Saturday/Sunday 5pm-midnight ($850 first hr, $425 ea additional). Overage guest count 46-75, please add an additional $850
46-75 person max: EVENT Weekend ($1800 first 2 hours, $750 ea additional, ask about bartending service)
Holidays: Please inquire about holiday pricing + dates
Planning meetings: one onsite planning meeting is complimentary. Additional onsite meetings or vendor tours will be invoiced on your final bill at $25/15 minutes.
We do not allow red wine at BASH for your BYOB planning.
Please ask about plate/glass rentals. Pricing can be quoted based on your headcount. You are required to meet any vendors that you arrange and supervise their set up, unless you have added Hostess Support to your event. You are allowed to meet your vendors 60 minutes prior for set up and must conclude no more than 30 minutes after the end time of your event. If you require more time for set up, the fee is $200/extra hour. A BASH staff member will be onsite at the beginning of your event for general questions. If you have a situation that requires extra time, please inquire in advance. Please ask about catering and entertainment options. Tax and 20% service fee will be charged on your total balance. A cleaning fee of $100 may be added to your event if the mess is excessive. In this case we will let you know at the end of your party before charging your card.
