HOURLY RENTAL RATES

PLEASE LET US KNOW AT THE TIME OF BOOKING IF YOU WOULD LIKE INDEPENDENT RENTAL OR HOSTESS SUPPORT RENTAL.

YOU MAY BRING IN YOUR OWN FOOD. WE DO CHARGE A $100 CLEAN UP AND TRASH OUT FEE FOR THIS. If you coordinate the food through BASH this fee does not apply.

Independent: We will open the space for you and show you where everything is. We will check on you 1-2 times during your event. No extra charge.

Hostess Support: We will assign one staff member to assist you throughout your event, emptying trash, picking up plates, adjusting music, coordinating flow of your event, etc. Additional charge, $175/hr. Our staff is trained to offer food or circulating beverage service to your guests; please ask for a quote if you need this added.

Flat Fee: there is a flat fee to source and manage client requests for catering and entertainment vendors. This includes overseeing all details and meeting them for set up and clean up on your behalf. $175/vendor

Mahjong Table Add On: adding the automatic tables to your venue rental is priced at $175/table. This will include a staff member to assist with set up and troubleshooting any table related issues. If you need mahjong instruction, please inquire at the time of booking so we can coordinate a price and date with our preferred instructors, That’s Amahjzing. Card tables may be added for a $25 fee/table. This includes table, 4 chairs and table cloth. It does not include mats/tiles.

Drink Packages: Information can be found here. BYOB is not permitted.

We offer different levels of rental options. Please call us if you wish to discuss your budget and needs. Pricing is as follows:

25 person max: Weekdays Discounted for School Meetings are Tuesday-Friday 9am-4pm ($150/hr). Light bites may be ordered through BASH, please inquire at the time of booking.

5-18 person max: Weekdays are Tuesday-Thursday 9am-3pm ($200 first hr, $175 ea additional). Overage guest count 19-25, please add an additional $250. Two hour minimum. Service fee of 20% will be applied to your final total. Light bites may be ordered through BASH, please inquire at the time of booking.

30 person max: Weekdays are Tuesday - Friday 9am-3pm ($550 first hr, $350 ea additional). Overage guest count 31-45, please add an additional $400. Two hour minimum. Service fee of 20% will be applied to your final total. Light bites may be ordered through BASH, please inquire at the time of booking.

40 person max: Weeknights are Tuesday - Wednesday 6pm-10pm ($650 first hr, $375 ea additional). Overage guest count 41-65, please add an additional $500. Two hour minimum. Service fee of 20% will be applied to your final total. Light bites may be ordered through BASH, please inquire at the time of booking.

30 person max: Weekend’s Saturday 11am-3pm ($750 first hr, $400 each additional). Overage guest count 31-45, please add an additional $500. Two hour minimum. Service fee of 20% will be applied to your final total. Light bites may be ordered through BASH, please inquire at the time of booking.

45 person max: Weekend’s Sunday 11am-8pm. ($850 first hour, $375 each additional) . Two hour minimum. Overage guest count 41-65, please add an additional $500. Service fee of 20% will be applied to your final total. Light bites may be ordered through BASH, please inquire at the time of booking.

12 person mahj rental: Sunday’s 2hr minimum. (11am-5pm).‍ ‍Price is $300/hr venue rental, $160/automatic table rental (3 available). Drinks may be purchased at the bar. No bartender fee if wine/champagne only. Cocktail or specialty drinks, please add a bartender ($75/hr). Service fee of 20% will be applied to your final total. Additional guests who are not playing, just socializing, are charged at $25 per person, max of 6 additional guests. Light bites may be ordered through BASH, please inquire at the time of booking.

BACK ROOM GROUP RESERVATIONS

Groups coming to BASH during open, public bar hours may reserve the back room. Please call to request availability.

Food must be purchased and provided by BASH. Light bites and charcuterie are options and can be discussed at the time of reservation. Plates/napkins provided.

Desserts must be purchased and provided by BASH. Cupcakes, birthday cake, bundt cake, petit fours are options and can be discussed at the time of reservation. Plates/napkins provided. Please ask if you would like us to add a sparkler or candles.

Reservation of the back room means that “reserved” signs will be placed on the tables for your group to use those areas. If after 2 hours, your group is not utilizing the reserved area and prefers to mingle in the front bar area, the minimum still applies and the back room reserved signs will be removed for the general public to be able to use this space.

Pricing:

You must let us know at the time of your arrival if your group size reservation has changed.

Groups of 12 or less may reserve half of the back room area. A beverage minimum of $500 must be met. One tab with one credit card will be started at the beginning of your arrival. A 20% gratuity fee will be automatically added to your final bill.

Groups of 13-24 may reserve both sides of the back room area. A beverage minimum of $850 must be met. One tab with one credit card will be started at the beginning of your arrival. A 20% gratuity fee will be automatically added to your final bill.

Groups of 25-35 may reserve both sides of the back room area. A beverage minimum of $1100 must be met. One tab with one credit card will be started at the beginning of your arrival. A 20% gratuity fee will be automatically added to your final bill.

Groups larger than 35 must ask about buyout options.

VENUE BUYOUT

FRIDAY + SATURDAY NIGHT BUYOUTS

Friday and Saturday evenings are available for private buyouts with a minimum spend requirement that reflects our typical Friday and Saturday night bar service.

Friday Buyout Minimum up to 80 people max, 5pm-12am, $4500. You must add Party Baby (max 65) as an additional space if your count is over 80 guests. Each side has one restroom.

Saturday Buyout Minimum up to 80 people max, 5pm-12am, $6000. You must add Party Baby (max 65) as an additional space if your count is over 80 guests. Each side has one restroom.

In the case of needing Party Baby, please add (1) $1500 if using only for staging, catering, personal items during the event, or (2) $3000 if using for extra entertainment space. There is one bathroom for each space.

This minimum guarantees exclusive use of the space and full bar service for the duration of your event.

ADDITIONAL BUYOUT FEES:

Planning meetings: one onsite planning meeting is complimentary. Additional onsite meetings or vendor tours will be invoiced on your final bill at $25/15 minutes.

Please ask about plate/glass rentals. Pricing can be quoted based on your headcount. You are required to meet any vendors that you arrange and supervise their set up, unless you have added Hostess Support to your event. You are allowed to meet your vendors beginning at 5pm for set up and must conclude no more than 60 minutes after the end time of your event. If you require more time for set up, the fee is $200/extra hour. A BASH staff member will be onsite at the beginning of your event for general questions. If you have a situation that requires extra time, please inquire in advance. Please ask about catering and entertainment options. Tax and 20% service fee will be charged on your total balance. A cleaning fee of $200 may be added to your event if the mess is excessive. In this case we will let you know at the end of your party before charging your card.

Furniture removal:

Please request at the time of your booking. Pricing is as follows:

Sofa: $75 each (2 front bar, 4 back room)

Side Chair: $50 each (3 front bar, 7 back room)

Bar Stool: $25 each (front bar, 8 total)

High Top Table: $25 each (front bar, 4 total)

Side/Coffee Table: $45 each (2 front bar, 6 back room)

Second Bar (on wheels): $400 (front bar)

Buffet: $150 (back room)

Plants/Lamps/Counter Decor items: $25 each

A $250 flat fee for overnight storage will apply to all events.

WHAT COUNTS TOWARD THE MINIMUM

  • Bar service (open bar at standard menu pricing) applies toward the minimum

  • Food purchased through BASH may apply toward the minimum up to 20% of the total minimum

  • Outside catering does not apply toward the minimum

  • If the minimum is not met through eligible food and beverage purchases, the remaining balance is charged as a buyout fee

Sales tax and service charges are additional and do not apply toward the minimum.

FOOD & CATERING

Food is offered as a curated enhancement to your event. When food is coordinated and invoiced through BASH, up to 20% of the minimum spend may be satisfied with food, with the remaining portion met through bar service.

Any food charges above the 20% cap are billed separately and do not apply toward the minimum.

BAR SERVICE & GRATUITY

  • Bar service is provided exclusively by BASH staff

  • 20% of the service fee is applied to alcohol consumption and bar service and distributed directly to our bar team

  • Gratuity is calculated on pre-tax alcohol sales only

  • A 20% service fee is applied to the full amount of your final invoice

Sales tax is applied to applicable food and beverage items in accordance with state law.

WHY THE FOOD CAP EXISTS

Friday and Saturday nights are our most in-demand service period and are intentionally centered around a full bar experience. Limiting the portion of food that applies toward the minimum allows us to maintain elevated staffing, service flow, and bar quality while still offering flexibility for hosted food.

This structure is standard for venues operating during peak hours and ensures a seamless experience for both private events and regular service.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date

  • Final balances, including bar service, applicable food, service charges, and tax, are due following the event
