VENUE RENTAL

We offer different levels of rental options.

Corporate/Education Meetings:

Availability can be found on most weekdays, 10am-5pm. Weekdays priced at $350 for the first hour, and $200 for each additional hour. Capacity is max 60 people for this event. This price includes the use of our space only. Any need for additional set up or use of ice/cups/plates, etc. will be quoted as an extra fee. We will be onsite to assist you with audio/visual and general clean up. Light bites are allowed to be brought in with BYOB. State sales tax of 8.25% and a service fee of 20% will be added to your final total.

Corporate Events/Private Parties:

Want to host but don’t know where to start? From our base price, select desired add ons to build your perfect party. Base price includes use of venue for a minimum of 2 hours, event set up prior, onsite staff member for oversight during, and clean up after.

All party events are BYOB. You may bring in your own food or request a quote for catering. Plates, napkins, utensils, cups and stemware are available for your use. Ask about personalized cups and napkins as a fun add on.

Base price: $1500 for 2 hours, up to 65 guests ( no one under the age of 13 permitted, including infants). Added time is available at an hourly rate of $550. Ice, a refrigerator/freezer, and warming drawers are available for your use. A police officer is required to attend evening events for security purposes. Price starts at $150/hour. State sales tax of 8.25% and a service fee of 20% will be added to your final total. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event.

ENTERTAINMENT (Quoted)

DJ , Karaoke (microphone, stage, two televisions for word prompts, sound system), Disco Ball Heads (2)  appearance, with bubble guns additional , Stilt Walker , The Bird Cage Parade (fabulous starlets + gorgeous costumes), Champagne/Shots Dress Table , Salsa Performance , Character Appearance, Balloon Drop, your choice of colors: $225/net of 200 balloons (up to 3 nets available), Photo Ring Selfie Station with email/text capability: $225 , Automatic Mahjong Tables (4 available): $150 each

CUSTOM DECOR: (Quoted)

Balloon garland, jumbo personalized floating balloons, decorations and extra design elements can be discussed at your planning meeting and quoted.

STAFF: (Quoted)

Bartender, 2 hour minimum (plan a signature cocktail!), Food Passing , Valet, 2 hour minimum, Photographer, 2 hour minimum 

FOOD: (Quoted)

Custom Cake: prices start at $325 , Custom Cookies, Cotton Candy Spinning: $150 (1-25 guests), $250 (25-50 guests), $300 (50-75 guests), Charcuterie boards or full grazing table: prices start at $195, Selections from restaurants are available

PERSONALIZED: (Quoted)
